Anderson Home Sales – February 2013

Pricing for homes in Anderson has definitely started to stabilize. The average home sales price for February was $159,946 that is up from last year’s average of $142,319.

The average price per square foot was $95.

The number of homes sold in Anderson was 19 that is down from January’s 24.

The highest price home that sold in February was $360,000 and the lowest came in at $45,299.

Redding Home Sales – February 2103

February was a good month for Home Sales in Redding.  With 125 homes selling that is up from January’s 106 homes and last year’s

The lowest price home sold for $64,500 and the highest sold for $499,500.  The average sales price was $210,510, this is down from last months $212,259.

The average sold price per square foot was $115.

Inventory of Shasta County Homes has increased slightly to 585 (as of 3/6/2013).

The average days on market was 115 days.

Redding Home Sales – January 2013

Home sales in Redding continue to show strength. There were 106 homes sold in January. That is up from the 93 homes sold in January of last year. The average sales price was $212,259. Inventory has dropped to 565 homes in all of Shasta County. That is lower than we have seen in the last several years.

The highest price home sold for $635,000 and the lowest home sold for $39,000.

The average sold price per square foot was $116 that is up from January last year $107.

The average days on market for Redding homes was 113 days.

September Home Sales Show Signs of Steady Improvement

Shasta County Home Sales September 2012

Home sales continue to show signs of our market improving. September’s average sales price for a home in Redding was $194,802. That is up from September 2011 $176,876. Shasta County had 212 homes sold in September.
