Don’t forget Shasta County Property taxes are due again. The first installment becomes delinquent if not paid at the County Tax Collector’s Office by 5 p.m. on December 10th, or if the payment is not postmarked by that date.
If you are late they add a 10% delinquent penalty to the unpaid balance. You don’t want to have to pay them anymore than you have to.
