As we head into summer inventory is starting to climb back up to “normal” levels. We are currently at 690 homes for sale in the Shasta County MLS and 258 Homes For Sale in Redding.
Inventory has been much lower over the last couple of months with around 500 homes for sale in Shasta County.
This will be welcomed by homebuyers who have been looking to purchase recently. With fewer homes on the market several buyers have been frustrated with not finding
what they are looking for and getting outbid when they do find that perfect home.
